Guide Strips
Our guide strips are mainly made of PTFE as standard and are recommended to be mounted in light duty applications or when any other material is not suitable in case of a specific fluid, temperature, friction or speed.
They are excellent for the increasingly specific needs in hydraulics, motion transmission and applications in the mechanical sector.
Our split version fiberglass POM rod/piston guides G1, G2 and G3 replace traditional bronze guides in hydraulic cylinders.
They guide the rod and prevent direct contact with the cylinder head in the presence of radial forces.
The particular design of the profile facilitates assembly and the formulated material is very stable to temperature variations, resistant to shocks and mechanical stresses.
