5. TRANSFERS OF PERSONAL DATA OUTSIDE THE CONFEDERATION
This website is hosted in Germany and thus outside the Swiss Confederation. We specify that in accordance with the FDPA and the Federal Data Protection and Transparency Commissioner, Germany is a third country with adequate safeguards for the transfer of personal data. You have the right to request that we disclose to you: (i) the categories of personal information we collected about you and the categories of sources from which we collected such information; (ii) the personal information we collected about you; (iii) the business or commercial purpose for collecting personal information about you; and (iv) the categories of personal information about you that we shared or disclosed and the categories of third parties with whom we shared or to whom we disclosed such information in the preceding 12 months.
